After approving the minutes from the previous meeting, the board discussed the only item on the agenda and Mr. Bob Katz proposed the following resolution:
Treasurer Raul Valery is hereby entrusted to open a checking account in the name of our organization at Fairwinds Credit Union.
Mr. Raul Valery and Mr. Joseph McBride are authorized to deposit, sign checks, withdraw funds and make payments on behalf of our organization using checks, an ATM card or any other means by which Fairwinds Credit Union allows authorized users to withdraw and deposit funds from checking accounts held there.
Mr. Robert Wawoe put the resolution to a vote, and it was approved unanimously.
There being nothing else to discuss, the board adjourned.
