The CRAS AES & Search for Redemption
The CRAS AES offered to run the sound for a benefit show at The Oink Cafe in Scottsdale, AZ. All of the proceeds went towards helping recovering drug addicts associated with Step In Time, a home group of Narcotics Anonymous. Our AES student chapter loaded in a club PA setup and connected all gear necessary for the band Search for Redemption to have the proper live sound reinforcement for the venue. We all took turns running the PA and the crowd was very impressed with our enthusiastic CRAS AES group. The band was truly grateful and they raised about $700.00 for the home group. It was truly a good feeling to be able to participate in this event and help raise money for a good cause!
