Meeting Topic: Donation Usage for future events

Summary

Some of the funds from our last nights event, "Smash an Instructor" where donations were received whereby the highest donation to an instructor's nomination received a whipped cream pie in the face. The motion was made to utilize some of the funds for a scholarship so that a student may receive a membership to AES at no cost to them. The vote passed with 10 aye's, and 1 nay. Following this was the suggestion of carpooling to the AES Second Indiana Central Indiana Audio Student Workshop. Students are going to check their schedules to see about whether they can attend or not. The possibility was raised of the students renting a bus to travel to the event. More information on this shall be presented at next meeting.
