Summary

In 2012, AES Students Orson Welles Perú put together a controversial conference regarding the problems many Latin America countries are not aware of, COPYRIGHTS. It was focused towards musicians, writers, producers and Sound Engineers.
The conference was in charge of Dr. Renzo Scavia, from Scavia & Scavia Law Studio, also expositor in the first International Seminar of Music and Scenic Arts (SIMBA) in Peru.
The seminar carried issues regarding the legal aspects to starts a home studio, Copyrights, royalties and piracy. Without putting aside the legal aspect and term, the expositor explained them in a very realistic way and with practical examples from our market and the rest of the world
