- Started out talking to the new students attending the meeting about what they are interested
in, why the came to the school, and what they have done before coming here

- Those attending were wondering how they could become an of?cer in the chapter, we
explained how it works

- Explaining good study practices and everything that can be done to ensure we maintain a
great grade

Ideas for Builds, Activities, or Anything Wanted

- Live Sound Clinic?
- Possible trip to a venue to check things out, or maybe a theater clinic with Peter Bish

- Foley and Sound Design Clinic
- Jeff Thomas

- New Advertising Campaign for AES

- Letting Everybody know that they do NOT have to purchase a membership for AES until the
end of the curriculum (during orientation or something)
