London Bridge Studios are located north of Seattle, in Lake Forest Park, east of Exit 177 on I5 from the 205th Ave / Ballinger Way exit.

The studio is located towards the rear of a business park on the south side of Ballinger.
It is past the McDonalds, past the Pagliacci Pizza stand, and just past the Public Storage facility.

From Seattle (South)
  • I-5 North to SR104 / Ballinger Way (Take Exit 177)
  • At the end of the ramp, turn Right and head (approx) east on Ballinger Way
  • Look for a driveway, just after the Public Storage facility (but not quite to the Shoreline Bank building).
  • There is a sign on the fence that says, "20021 Building" and "Paramount Crossfit." If you're sharp, you may see the sign for London Bridge Studios.
  • If you get to the intersection of 19th, you've missed it.
  • Turn right, and follow the road to the rear of the lot.
  • The studio is on your right.
From Everett (North)
  • I-5 South to SR104 / Ballinger (Take Exit 177)
  • Turn left onto SR104/205th, which crosses underneath I5 and turns into Ballinger Way.
  • There is a sign on the fence that says, "20021 Building" and "Paramount Crossfit." If you're sharp, you may see the sign for London Bridge Studios.
  • Look for a driveway, just after the Public Storage facility (but not quite to the Shoreline Bank building.
