Eelco Grimm is lecturer and researcher at HKU University of the Arts Utrecht, Music and Technology. He is co-owner of the high-end professional and consumer audio equipment manufacturer Grimm Audio. He owns the recording and acoustical consulting company Fairytapes. And he has been technical editor and editor in chief of the leading Dutch professional audio magazine. Eelco chairs the Dutch Broadcasting Loudness Committee and is member of the EBU P/LOUD committee. Recently he has been focussing on loudness issues for television, radio, the internet and cinema and on improving user interfaces for music players.
