The Bose Talent Acquisition team is seeking to fill a number of key roles to drive the development of innovative products across our business.


Requirements

Do you consider yourself an electronics engineer who loves music, or a musician who loves engineering?
Bose Professional Systems Division is looking for an experienced Project Engineer to define and design cutting edge products as we expand. The position is for a hands on electronics designer with skills in product definition, architecture, design, and project leadership. Bose is very proud of the fact that we hire engineers with intellect, vision and passion.
Responsibilities are the definition and development of digital signal processing systems, amplifiers, networks, and powered speakers for the Pro audio industry and musician industry. The position requires leading diverse teams to successful product launch, in collaboration with product line and program managers.


Skills

6 to 8 years of product design, definition, and project leadership incorporating company internal and outsourced design resources. Demonstrated experience working with Joint Design/Manufacturing partners around the world.


Significant demonstrated experience in many of the following areas:

•Digital, analog, or switching electronics design for audio products
•Cross-functional program leadership
•Definition through production
•FW, DSP, or SW application development or management
Our ideal candidate has experience as a musician or sound contractor (amateur or professional) as well. S/he will be a champion for outstanding audio performance.


Education

Masters EE or related field strongly preferred
