Loud MG (Mackie and Ampeg brands) is looking for an Inside Sales Associate / ISA for our Independent North-America Sales Channel.
The Inside Sales Associate plays a key role in achieving the business objectives of the brands and in increasing sales revenue and margins by successfully partnering with dealers and independent sales representatives. We are looking for an inside sales associate to sustain the growth by ensuring that dealers’ needs and expectations as well as sales and margin targets are met. The ISA will further develop and support the partnership with existing Mackie and Ampeg brand dealers, while calling on prospective new customers.
Reporting to the US director of sales-independent accounts, the ISA has direct selling responsibility for the LRG Brands (Mackie and Ampeg).
Meet or exceed daily inbound and outbound sales call and email quotas.
Partner with regional sales manager and independent sales reps to manage assigned dealer accounts through both inbound and outbound sales calls.
Keep dealers informed of new product launches, sales programs, promotions, price changes and opportunities.
Achieve sales quota and assigned strategic objectives, while developing and sustaining profitable value propositions and business requirements for the brands.
Grow revenue from new and existing accounts.
Acquire a good working knowledge of products we sell and markets we serve.
Diligently record interactions with dealers in CRM.
Accurately book dealer orders in Oracle database.
HS diploma or equivalent required.
2-5 years working in MI retail or pro audio industry.
Proven inside sales experience and track record of over-achieving quota. Good listening and persuasion skills.
Good phone and email presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
Proficient with MS Suite, CRM and web presentation tools, Oracle preferred
Effective verbal and written communication skills, good time management skills, strong internal motivation and the desire to work in a fast-paced high pressure environment.
Office environment with extensive periods sitting in front of a computer and with customers on the phone.
