•Create and run automated regression/cross-platform test suites and analyze result samples to determine adherence to test plans
•Improve SQA testing efficiency and develop automated test suites including UI automation.
•Create and execute functional test plans for cross-platform apps.
•Create unit level test suites for continuous integration environments and regression testing.
•Liaise with certification group within DTS to ensure certification of cross-platform applications.
•Review technical documentation and correspondence.
•Perform static and dynamic memory test and perform code coverage analysis and specify required test vectors.
•Participate in design and code inspections.

Required Education and Experience

•M.S. in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or equivalent field of study required.
•6+ years of experience in software development and/or software quality assurance.
•Fundamental knowledge of audio testing and DSP preferred •Experience with C/C++ programming, Bash/Python/Perl scripting languages, and issue trackers (Bugzilla, Jira, etc.)
•Understanding of the software product life cycle, and testing of products from inception to end of life
•Experience with Windows, Linux, Mac, and Cygwin environments, GUI test automation and GNU toolchain (compiler/debugger) testing •Must have experience with Windows, Linux, and Mac. Ideally also Android and iOS
•Experience with cross-compiler tools Visual Studio and GCC •Release management experience and familiarity with distributed source control management (CVS, Mercurial, etc.)
•Experience of using Agile/Scrum methodologies
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to proof and edit
•Ability to provide concise high quality documentation
•Strong teamwork and project skills, ensuring open communication channels across distributed engineering and consumer teams
•Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work with little supervision

Support Play-Fi licensees with new product development (NPD) projects The Play-Fi solutions include hardware, Windows drivers and Android drivers. Gain expertise on Play-Fi roadmaps, technologies, capabilities and limitations.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

•Manage customer support as it relates to Play-Fi integration. Work closely with the customer on product requirements and project development; align customer schedule and launch plans with Play-Fi roadmap
•Manage customer project during the entire NPD cycle. Take the lead to coordinate customer design reviews, technical support and training needs and issue resolution with the Play-Fi technical and business teams.
