Software Product Test / QA Engineer

Responsibilities include:

• Working with your Test and QA colleagues to replicate and verify bug reports
• Alpha and Beta product testing in support of our Development Team
• Assisting in the maintenance and development of our in-house test facilities; test systems running a variety of OS's, applications and audio hardware
- You'll need to ensure that these systems are regularly updated to include new versions of host applications
• Assisting in the maintenance of our databases:
- Managing customer registration details
- Software versions, releases and licence types

Additional tasks could include:

• The timely handling and prioritising of support enquiries, bug reports and other issues via our email-based SupportSuite system. Queries could relate to:
- Pre- and post-sale issues
- Operational guidance
- DAW/OS/host computer compatibility
- Product upgrades and the transfer of licence ownership
•Assisting our IT team in the support and backup of key systems

This is a varied role with wide-ranging responsibilities so depends on close liaison with our Development, Business Administration and Sales & Marketing teams.

We’re looking for a creative and incisive person to join our sales & marketing team. Help us to shape the future of our award-winning brand by using your proven digital skills to create and curate content for a multitude of channels. You’ll be unfailingly enthusiastic, analytical and obsessive about the most effective ways to promote our plug-ins in an increasingly competitive market.

Responsibilities include:

• Social Media Marketing; generate, publish and optimise digital content to best suit individual social media channels
- Using your audio production knowledge to guide you
- Adapting and re-posting content to maintain optimum publicity
- Using clear, concise and jargon-free presentation
• Managing communications with third parties:
- Freelance writers, journalists, reviewers and publishers of both digital and print media
• Maintaining our growing library of marketing materials
• Helping us to adapt to and adopt emerging communication methods

We’d like to hear from you if you can demonstrate:

• Digital, E-commerce, and Social Media Marketing experience in a busy team
- How your strategies evolved to deliver commercial growth
• That you’re a confident communicator with an excellent level of written and spoken English
- Established copy-writing skills
• Experience in using Graphic Design packages such as Adobe Creative Suite
• A real passion for music and recording

It’ll be an advantage if you also have:

• A good working knowledge of CMS’s and Microsoft Office
• Foreign language(s)
