Consent to Photography and Audio and Video Recordings by AES
By attending this Audio Engineering Society Conference, whether as a presenter, volunteer, exhibitor, participant, sponsor, or for any other reason, you agree to give and hereby do give Audio Engineering Society, Inc. ("AES") and its agents, affiliates, licensees, and assignees the right to use your voice, image, and/or likeness as recorded at the Conference, by and through any and all media now known or hereafter devised, for any purpose whatsoever, including without limitation, for commercial, marketing, advertising, and/or promotional purposes.
Our Policy Concerning Photography, Audio or Video Recordings by Attendees
While we ask that you limit your videotaping to short snippets, we encourage you to share images on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and other social media channels.Our own film crew will chronicle the program which we intend to make available to AES members on our website www.aes.org.
Please do not take pictures or videos where posted or announced as prohibited, and agree that any permitted photos or videos taken at the Conference will not be used for any commercial purposes and will not be made publicly available or generally displayed without the prior written consent of AES.
