Bob Koszela manages studio operations for Iron Mountain Entertainment Services. A musician and songwriter who was first introduced to audio engineering and music production as a student at Berklee College of Music. Former staff engineer and studio manager for Universal Music Group Interscope Studios in Santa Monica, CA. (Guns & Roses, Motörhead, Poison) Bob managed catalog production at Universal Music Enterprises (UMe) before joining Iron Mountain Entertainment Services in 2012. He brings over 30 years’ experience in archive media migration and major record label operations including A&R, marketing/promotion, new media, production, licensing/exploitation, global archive management, preservation, and supply chain.
