As a Senior Manager of Audio Department, Tomoya Kishi directs a team of about 90 sound creators for each project and manages everything from the creative aspects of the title to each member's physical and mental health. He is responsible for the audio of all Capcom game titles.
He joined Capcom in 2001 and worked as a sound designer and audio director on a number of titles, including the "Lost Planet" series and "Dragon's Dogma". He brought game-specific "implementation" to audio post-production, and through a number of collaborations, established an efficient and high-quality workflow and created a new creative approach to game audio. He has also been involved in research and development on interactive reverb and 3D audio.
