Balazs Kakonyi is a Sr. Transducer Engineer at JBL Professional.
Balazs grew up in Hungary and studied Electical Engineering in Budapest. He has a Masters degree in Acoustics from Le Mans University in France. He started his professional career interning for Klippel GmbH in Dresden, Germany. He joined Harman in 2015 and worked as a Transducer Engineer for automotive applications and later as an Acoustic Engineer for AKG Professional on various projects. In 2019 Balazs moved to Los Angeles to work at JBL Professional. His work is focused on professional transducers and signal processing algorithms.
