Jorge is lecturer and head of the media faculty recording studios at the University of Applied Sciences Darmstadt. Currently, he is a Ph.D. candidate at the Cork Institute of Technology and holds a B.Eng. in Electrical Engineering from the Universidad Nacional de Colombia as well as a Dipl.Ing. (FH) in Media Technology from the University of Applied Sciences Hamburg. He is interested in audio related research fields such as next-generation audio, spatial audio, psychoacoustics, and music recording.
