As Regional Sales Manager for Pliant Technologies, Mark utilizes his 30+ years of AV industry experience to assist his clients with matching the best products to their applications. As a guitarist who segued into live sound and recording engineering, Mark gained 8 years of experience selling hardware and software-based audio recording equipment at Sam Ash Music Corporation. He transitioned into selling Avid non-linear video editing systems with Virtual Media and then became a manufacturer’s representative with Sigmet Corporation, a leading Harman Professional Audio “Rep” firm in the NY/Metro area. Before joining the team at Pliant Technologies, Mark served as an outside sales manager with Shoreview Distribution, a distributor for Sony Professional Video and other leading A/V centric manufacturers, where he spent 11 years developing the Southeast region. In his spare time, Mark still enjoys playing his self-modified “Strat” guitar, tinkering with his guitar effects pedal board, and cooking for friends and family.
