Sound is an intrinsic part of our lives and there is great potential in enhancing the ways in which people interact with it. With a background in music to aid my masters degree in acoustics and signal processing, my goal is to combine courses on/research in 3D audio, machine learning for music, speech processing and perceptual audio coding to facilitate progressively better technology in sound products and immersive audio.
