Daniel Belcher studied physics at Stuttgart University, Germany. In 2007, he began working at Nubert (Germany), conceptually designing and developing passive and active HiFi loudspeaker systems and electronics. His second occupation as a noise consultant was at Müller-BBM in Switzerland (2011), measuring and evaluating environmental noise.
With this combined expertise, he started at d&b audiotechnik in 2016 and is advancing the field of sound reinforcement systems concerning noise pollution.
