Joseph Colonel is currently pursuing a master's degree in electrical engineering at the Cooper Union. He received his undergraduate degree in electrical engineering from the Cooper Union, focusing on signal processing. Joseph's research focuses on exploring applications of machine learning and neural nets to music and audio. Joseph's current interests include using audio to help explain latent spaces produced by autoencoding neural networks and how machine learning can intersect with artistic expression.
