Lukasz Kurzawski - sound engineer, recording producer, musician. A graduate of the Ignacy Jan Paderewski Academy of Music in Poznan in the cello class, of sound engineering and acoustics at the Faculty of Physics of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan and an artistic internship at the Faculty of Sound Engineering of the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw. Since 2004 he has cooperated with Polish Radio in Poznan (Radio Merkury) as a sound engineer, recording and radio producer. In 2008 he set up the RecArt company which is involved in recordings and production of classical and jazz music and radio production. Since 2010 RecArt has also been involved in music publishing. The recording output of Lukasz Kurzawski includes tens of session and concert recordings released on CDs and DVDs with orchestral, choral, chamber, jazz and gospel music. Seven of them were nominated for the Fryderyk Awards while the album "Musica Sacromontana vol. 1" received the 2008 Fryderyk in the Choral and Oratory Music category.
