Ilja Frissen

Ilja Frissen is an Assistant Professor at the School of Information Studies at McGill University 2013. Dr. Frissen holds a PhD in Experimental Psychology from Tilburg University in the Netherlands, and an MA in Cognitive Psychology from Maastricht University, also in the Netherlands. He has completed postdoctoral research at the Institut de Recherche en Communications et Cybernétique de Nantes, McGill University, and at the Max Planck Institute for Biological Cybernetics. Dr. Frissen’s research focuses on multisensory perception, haptics, and spatial hearing.
