AES New York 2015 Registration

Advance registration deadline was October 26, 2015.

Registration hours for 2015 are:
October 28th    3pm – 7pm
October 29th    8am – 6pm
October 30th    8am – 6pm
October 31st    8am – 6pm
November 1st    8am – 4pm

To avoid lines we suggest you register on-site on October 28th or in the afternoons. If you registered in advance and received a barcode image via email then print it out and bring it with you. (If you didn't receive that barcode email you should bring either your original registration receipt or proper ID so that they can look you up by name.)

Replacement fee for lost badges $10. All badges should be picked up at the Advance Registration desk at the Javits Center. The use of recording devices of any type is strictly prohibited. Individuals under the age of 12 will NOT be admitted into the Convention.
