Primary Affiliation: Southampton Solent University - Southampton, UK

Tom Webb is a final year student studying Live and Studio Sound at Southampton Solent University.

A keen musician since the age of 10, he has played in a variety of rock, pop and blues bands across venues in the south of England.

An interest in live sound production developed from performing and attending concerts and Tom has gained experience from working at venues varying from small local venues, to main stages at major festivals.

Having appreciated the benefits associated with in ear monitors (IEMs) and hearing feedback from musicians, Tom is developing an IEM system which aims to bring a more realistic IEM mix. The system will provide a natural stage ambience relative to surrounding instruments utilising Ambisonic tools.
