Khan Baykaner

Khan Baykaner graduated from the University of Surrey with a First Class Honours degree on the Tonmeister course, during which he spent a year working for an acoustics consultancy and produced a dissertation on speech recognition systems. In January 2011 he returned to Surrey to study for a PhD in psychoacoustics as a member of the Perceptually Optimised Sound Zone project (posz.org). His work has focused specifically on auditory masking, speech intelligibility, and speech acceptability in auditory interference scenarios.
