Abstract:
Steerable Array Technology for Live Sound Applications

Most available line array systems today use a mechanical means for steering and aiming sound towards the audience area. In this workshop we will discuss the application of electronically steerable array technology as an alternate means of aiming sound towards the audience, and it's potential benefits to the system provider and audience.
