Advance Registration

If you have already registered then you can pick up your badge or badge holder at the Javits Center during normal registration desk hours:
    Thursday, October 4     3:00 pm - 7:00 pm
    Friday, October 5     8:00 am - 6:00 pm
    Saturday, October 6     8:00 am - 6:00 pm
    Sunday, October 7     8:00 am - 6:00 pm
    Monday, October 8     8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Advance Registration has ended.
The following prices are for purchasing a badge at the Javits Center. You can purchase them at the Registration Desk.

Tickets for single paper sessions, tutorial seminars, and workshops will be available on-site.
A "Full Program" badge gives you access to all the events except for the Surround Live Symposium and the Technical Tours. An "Exhibits Only" badge will only get you into a few select events.

All AES Attendee Registration fees are nonrefundable after September 14, 2007. Replacement fee for lost badges $10. Badges will be mailed for registration forms received on or before September 10, 2007. All others may be picked up at the Advance Registration desk in the Crystal Palace of the Javits Convention Center. The use of recording devices of any type is strictly prohibited. Individuals under the age of 12 will NOT be admitted into the Convention.
