Abstract:
A new audio gateway/multichannel transmission product is introduced: CENTAURI II. It covers multicast/unicast IP, E1, ISDN, synchroneous services such as X.21, V35. This modular concept allows the high quality transmission of mono, stereo, and multichannel audio via any of those networks and with qualities chosen by the operator. Integration with SNMP and a lot of enhanced features enable many audio transmission applications. Gateway, Backup, and Multichannel applications will be demonstrated.
