105TH AES CONVENTION HOSTS COMPREHENSIVE EDUCATIONAL INITIATIVE

SAN FRANCISCO: As the Audio Engineering Society wraps up a year-long Golden Anniversary celebration, the 105th AES Convention will underscore a commitment to the next generation of audio innovators with a large-scale student program. "A robust Education Program is a crucial element of every AES Convention, and the events scheduled for the 105th are particularly strong," says Roy Pritts. "These sessions provide the opportunity for student members from around the world to exchange audio education information and experiences."

Formed in 1948 by a group of concerned audio engineers, the AES counts over 12,000 members throughout U.S., Europe, Japan and the Far East, and serves as the pivotal force in the exchange and dissemination of technical information for the industry.
