Audio Acoustics

Facilities: Anechoic chamber, 2x semi-anechoic chamber, transmission suite, reverberant chamber, IEC listening room, 4 recording studios & live rooms, MIDI suite, TV studios, Radio studio, post-production suite
Exact Duration: 3 -4 years
Emphasis: A broad based engineering acoustics degree with some bias towards electronic aspects of acoustics. Students can choose between an acoustics or audio pathway.

Professional Sound and Video Technology

Emphasis: Provides a set of specialist skills across a range of future media technologies, including 3D animation, broadcast standards, audio technology and production, social media and internet streaming of media content

Emphasis: Available as distance learning. A postgraduate training opportunity for persons working or interested in those areas in which audio signals are generated for communication or entertainment.
