Document Thumbnail

On July 4, 1966, Knott's Berry Farm, a favorite amusement center in southern California, dedicated the latest addition to their facilities, a reconstruction of Independence Hall in Philadelphia. To add realism, the Special Products Department of Ampex Corporation designed and built a special audio system to recreate the historic events surrounding the signing of the Declaration of Independence which took place 190 years ago.
