The Measurement of Personal Preferences by Repertory Grid Technique

A measuring method of personal preferences first developed in the fifties by George Kelly is presented as an alternative along with existing psychological methods presently in use in the area of Product Sound Quality. Some of the most fundamental differences between the methods of the Semantic Differential technique and the various behavioral measures on the one hand, and the Repertory Grid Technique on the other, are outlined and a form of the Repertory Grid is presented.
