A Modified Adaptive Nonuniform Sampling Delta Modulation

This paper presents a modified adaptive nonuniform sampling delta modulation (ANSDM). The algorithms and the implementation scheme for this new method are described. Simulation results have demonstrated that the proposed technique is superior on the coding efficiency and the signal-to-quantization-noise ratio (SQNR) as compared to the ANSDM.
