The Georgia Tech Interactive Media Technology Center has developed a number of multimedia systems, including large projection systems, kiosks, and CD-ROMs. Audio issues faced include bandwidth, storage space, audio levels, cost, synchronization, and time. A number of projects will be discussed, including the Atlanta Olympic multimedia presentations, a symphony with synchronized 3-D animation, and multimedia kiosks for a museum.
