Design Aspects and Applications of Modular Audio Processing System

A modular audio processing system for fixed sound reinforcement installations is described. Relevant design aspects of the system, as well as system applications, are discussed. Attention is also given to a multichannel, logic-controlled power amplifier which, when coupled to the audio processing system, gives good results for sound reinforcement systems in acoustically difficult rooms.
