Document Thumbnail

Distribution of digital audio signals cannot be regarded independent of digital and existing analog environment. Items like various sample rates, interfaces, synchronization, interconnecting analog sources and destinations and, last but not least, automated defect-detecting and bypassing have to be considered. For fulfilling these needs a digital routing system was developed. Structure, specifications, and embedding in the broadcast world is described.
