Presentation Studio Design for Acoustical Simulations

Document Thumbnail

Until very recently, acoustical consultants have not had a means to demonstrate acoustical phenomena for a client until the client's building was completed. In 1991, Charles Salter Associates designed and built the Presentation Studio, a quiet (NC 5), isolated (STC 72) space, with a short reverberation time (0.2 seconds), creating a high-quality viewing and listening environment. Readily programmable audio and video equipment is utilized for the purpose of accurately simulating acoustical environments.
