An Optimized Concept of Channel Coding for Digital Audio Broadcasting with Respect to Subjective Criteria
In the case of mobile reception of digital audio broadcasting there are always occurring fluctuations of the reception conditions. That is to say bit errors of the transmitted digital information can not be avoided.
