Digital Binaural/Stereo Conversion and Crosstalk Cancelling

Document Thumbnail

Loudspeaker crosstalk cancelling systems are required for headphone-free reproduction of binaural material. Several crosstalk cancelling systems have been digitally implemented, intended for symmetrical and asymmetrical listening conditions and for stereo width expansion. A network was also implemented which inserts artificial crosstalk into stereo recordings intended for use during headphone listening.
