Measurement of the Thiele-Small Parameters for a Given Loudspeaker, Without Using a Box

A method for the measurement of the Thiele-Small parameters of a loudspeaker (fs, Qts and Vas) by slightly altering its mechanical mass is presented. Also suggested is a technique to calibrate a test mass without a precision scale.
