An analog electronic control circuit is described, which constantly monitors loudspeaker performance and adjusts the electrical audio signal parameters to prevent distortion or damage to loudspeakers. The analog control circuit receives signals from sensors attached to the loudspeaker or from the loudspeaker driving signal passed through electrical networks and then compares these signals to threshold signals to provide control of the signal-modifying circuits.
