An External Automatic Sweep Generator for Use with Cathode-Ray Oscilloscopes

Document Thumbnail

With a sweep voltage supplied by the new instrument, an oscilloscope automatically displays two cycles of the signal under observation. The experimenter is thereby freed from the necessity of adjusting the oscilloscope sweep frequency and sweep synchronization controls. The new instrument is self-contained and operates without attention.
