A Real-Time Digital Processor for Disk Mastering Lathe Control
The availability of highly reliable LSI circuitry has made possible a major breakthrough in disk recording lathe control technology. A new system for optimizing the groove-to-land ratio is described which utilizes real-time two-dimensional relationships derived from the audio waveform.
