A Vibration Stabilizer System for Phonograph Reproduction

The conventional pivoted pickup-arm system has an intrinsic instability at its low frequency resonance, resulting in frequency modulation of simultaneous program material, as well as lose of trackability. This paper describes a stabilizer system which is effective, yet avoids the problems of previous systems.
