Document Thumbnail

The design of a Random Access Memory intensive very long digital delay line is described. It has the capability of changing delay during operation without introducing wow or pitch change, and allows radio stations to preview and edit about-to-be-aired material in real time. Considerations with regard to large memory arrays and addressing methods will be discussed, with respect to audio applications.
