The CD-4 Mark-II Modulation System

Document Thumbnail

The CD-4 lacquer transfer electronics system formerly occupied four standard 19-in. (50-cm) racks. Now the entire system, without the center drive amplifiers, occupies only one rack due to improvement in cutting technology and component miniaturization. The design aspects and operational advantages of the new Mark II system are described.
