A Wide-Dynamic-Range Program Equalizer

Document Thumbnail

An extremely flexible yet easily settable equalizing system combines the advantages of four shelf response controls within the audio range and two peaking controls above and below. A dynamic range of 120 dB is achieved at flat settings through the use of a combination of discrete and integrated circuit low-noise operational amplifiers, all operated at near unity gain.
