Low-Mass 4-Channel Discrete Diamond Tips with Shibata, Paroc, or Pramanik Cut

This paper describes the development of CD4 styli and cantilevers and their combinations. It results in an optimum by using a parabolic shaped diamond with a conical body only, which is bonded in high vacuum to a flat created on a boron rod.
