360° Conical Wavefront Loudspeaker for New York World's Fair

A unique -conical wavefront- loudspeaker system designed for use throughout the fairgrounds gives uniform energy distribution over a circular area of 30 ft radius at a listening horizon of 5 ft above ground level. The three development models of the system are described and response-frequency curves at various distances are presented.
