An Electronic Forward Drive in Transcription Turntables
The quality of a turntable can be described by 4 specifications: 1) wow and flutter, 2) sensitivity against outer influences, 3) rumble, 4) reliability. While items 1 and 3 are clearly identified by figures, there are unfortunately no definitions available for both the other specifications and individual company standards and testing methods have to be used.
